Work through these five steps in order and you will have a complete webinar with a live registration link.
- Create the webinar. Open AI Webinars, click New Webinar, give it a name and pick a mode: AI Deck, Recorded or Live. The webinar opens in the editor.
- Build your content on the Content tab. For AI Deck, paste or generate a script, click Build Slides, then click Generate Voiceover. For Recorded, paste a video link, choose one from the Media Library, or record in your browser. For Live, choose your provider.
- Set the Schedule tab. Choose one off dates, a weekly day and time, just in time sessions on a repeating interval, or on demand so the webinar starts moments after someone registers.
- Write the Registration tab. Pick one of three page styles, add a headline, a subheadline and a few bullet points, and add a presenter name and photo if you want one. The page is live on your own domain straight away.
- Check the Emails tab and set your Offer. The confirmation, the three reminders and the follow ups are switched on with default copy already written, so you only need to edit what you want to change. Then share your registration link.
Which browser to build in:
Build, narrate, record and broadcast in a current desktop Chrome, Edge or Brave. Narration, the in browser recorder and browser broadcasting all rely on modern browser media features. Attendees can watch in any modern browser with nothing to install.
Before you send traffic:
Register yourself as a test attendee with a real email address, walk through the confirmation email, the room and the replay link, and confirm the reminders arrive. This plugin is new, so a full test run of your own funnel is time well spent.
