Registration or room pages show a 404:
Go to Settings, Permalinks in WordPress and click Save once. That rewrites the link rules and the webinar pages start resolving. The plugin also answers a query string version of every link for sites running plain permalinks.
Reminder emails are late or missing:
Check the WP-Cron line in Diagnostics. On a quiet site WordPress cron only runs when somebody visits, so a real server cron scheduled by your host is far more reliable. Also confirm your from address uses your own domain, and check the email is not sitting in a spam folder.
My cloned voice is not in the narrator list:
Open the Results AI Voice Engine app on the same computer, enable its keep running and network access options, then reload the webinar editor. Keep the app open while you generate. Remember the built in browser voices are English only, so any other narration language needs a cloned voice.
Narration failed on some slides:
The status line reports how many slides failed. Click Generate Voiceover again and it fills in only the missing ones. If nothing generates at all, try a current desktop Chrome, Edge or Brave, since narration runs in the browser.
Chat feels slow with a big audience:
Check the live chat folder line in Diagnostics. If the folder is not writable, ask your host to make the WordPress uploads folder writable so the fast static delivery is used.
The live recording has not appeared as the replay:
Streaming providers need a few minutes to process a recording after you stop. Wait, then click Use my live recording as the replay in the Live panel.
An autoresponder is not receiving registrants:
Save your settings, then click Test connection for that provider. Confirm the list, audience, campaign or form ID matches the list you are watching. For AWeber, register a real test seat, since its details cannot be verified by an API call.
A tab will not save:
Each editor tab saves on its own. Make sure you clicked the Save button on that tab, and watch for the note beside it confirming the save.
Still stuck:
Run the Diagnostics tab first, since it checks PHP, database tables, the REST API, cron, the chat folder, your license and streaming in one place. Then contact support at onlineimsupport.com with what it showed you.
