⚙️ Settings Reference

Settings is one page of cards, saved with a single Save Settings button at the bottom.

Defaults:

The registration page style used by new webinars, chosen from Dark Hero, Clean White or Minimal, and the admin colour scheme. Ten schemes are included, from Results Amber and WordPress Native through Clean White, Ivory Cream, Snow Light, Developer Dark, Midnight Blue, Ocean Blue, Sunset Warm and Rose Pink.

Email Sending:

The send method, either the WordPress default which uses any SMTP plugin you already run, SendGrid, or Mailgun. Set your from name and from address here. SendGrid needs an API key. Mailgun needs an API key and your Mailgun sending domain.

AI Assistant:

Your preferred provider and the API key for Google Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic Claude. Optional throughout.

Live Streaming:

The default live provider, either embedding an external stream or Cloudflare Stream. Choosing Cloudflare reveals the Account ID and API token fields plus a Test connection button.

Connect Your Autoresponder:

A card per provider for Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GetResponse, ConvertKit and AWeber, each with an enable checkbox, its required fields, a Get details link and its own Test connection button.

Send It Even More Places:

The outbound webhook URL that receives all six webinar events, plus an optional signing secret used to sign each request.

License:

Your license status, your key shown masked, and a Deactivate this site button that releases this install so the key can be used elsewhere.

How secrets are handled:

Every API key, token and secret is encrypted in your database rather than stored as plain text, using AES-256-GCM where your server supports it. The fields show a masked value, and leaving a masked field untouched keeps the stored key, so you never retype a key by accident.

One practical tip:

Save the page before using any Test connection button. The tests read what is stored, not what is currently typed on screen.
