Each webinar uses one of three modes. All three share the same registration pages, room, chat, timed offer, replay, emails and analytics, so you only learn the system once.
AI Deck:
Your script becomes a set of narrated slides. Each slide is drawn live in the attendee's browser and its narration clip plays with it, all timed against the server clock. There is no video file to render, upload or host, so the webinar is ready the moment the narration finishes generating. This is the fastest route to a complete webinar and it suits evergreen and automated funnels.
Recorded:
Use a video you already have, or record one in the browser, and it plays simulated live on the schedule you set. Playback is locked to the session clock: there is no scrub bar, and if the player drifts more than about a second and a half from the session position it is pulled back into place. Latecomers drop in wherever the session actually is.
Live:
Broadcast in real time from your browser with camera and screen share through your own Cloudflare Stream account, or paste the embed URL of a stream you are running elsewhere. Your registration, chat, offer and tracking stay in your own room either way.
Switching modes:
The Content tab has a Delivery switch at the top. Changing it saves the webinar and reloads the editor into that mode. Your slides, video link and live settings are stored separately, so switching back does not throw the other mode's setup away.

AI Deck is the quickest way to have a complete webinar running, and nothing stops you from recording a live version later and switching that same webinar to Recorded mode.
