The Emails tab holds every message the webinar sends. Each one can be switched on or off and fully rewritten, and each ships with default copy already written so a new webinar works without you touching it. The confirmation ships switched on. The reminders and the follow ups start switched off, so you tick the ones you want.
The pre webinar sequence:
- Confirmation, sent the instant someone registers, carrying their private join link and session time
- Reminder 24 hours before the session
- Reminder 1 hour before the session
- Reminder 15 minutes before the session
Keep the confirmation on:
It is the only email that carries the private join link, so with it off people can register and still have no way into the room. The setup guide warns you if it is switched off. The confirmation is sent as part of the registration itself rather than waiting for the background job, so it does not sit in a queue.
Late registrations skip reminders:
Reminders are only queued if their send time is still in the future. Somebody who registers forty minutes before the start simply gets the 15 minute reminder and nothing else. Nothing arrives late or out of order.
Merge tags:
You can use these anywhere in a subject or body.
- {first_name}, which falls back to the word there when no name was collected
- {webinar_title}, which is your customer facing title if you set one
- {join_link}, the attendee's own private room link
- {replay_link}, the attendee's own replay link
- {session_time}, written in your site timezone
- {offer_url}, which carries the person's own tracking tags and falls back to the replay link if no offer URL is set
- {handouts}, a plain list of the handouts you marked to include in emails
- {unsubscribe_link}, the person's one click unsubscribe link
- {cancel_link}, a link to a page where they can cancel their registration
Unsubscribing:
Every email automatically carries an unsubscribe link in its footer, whatever your sending method, and there is no setting to switch it off. Place {unsubscribe_link} yourself to control where it sits. One click stops all reminders and follow ups for that person straight away, and the page offers an undo. The confirmation with their join link still arrives because they asked for it, their join link keeps working, and registering again puts them back on the list. If you use Tag by behaviour, an Unsubscribed tag, and a Resubscribed tag if they return, is sent to your autoresponder so a sequence you run there can stop too.
Written by AI:
Press Write all these emails with AI and it reads your webinar script and your offer, writes every sequence, and fills in the fields for you to review. It never switches a sequence on or off. How sending works:
A background job runs every five minutes, takes the messages that are due and sends them. A message that fails is retried, and after four attempts it is marked failed rather than retried forever. Somebody who unsubscribed or cancelled gets nothing further. The plain text you write is wrapped into a simple, readable HTML email and bare links are made clickable.
Choosing how mail leaves your site:
On the Email screen you pick the sending method, from WordPress mail and your own SMTP server to a range of email providers, and set the From name and address. See Choosing How Your Emails Are Sent.

Send from an address at your own domain, and test your own funnel end to end before you drive traffic. These are your emails to your audience, so they are written plainly with no plugin branding attached.
