Every webinar is served as a set of standalone pages on your own domain, drawn by the plugin rather than by your theme, so a webinar looks the same whatever theme you run and the room can own the whole screen.
The four pages:
- /webinar/your-webinar/ is the registration page
- /webinar/your-webinar/thanks/ confirms the seat and offers a calendar invite
- /webinar/your-webinar/room/ is the webinar room, opened with each attendee's private link
- /webinar/your-webinar/replay/ is the replay
If your site runs plain permalinks, the plugin also answers a query string version of the same links, and every link it generates in pages, emails and responses is built through the same helper so links do not break.
The Registration tab:
Choose one of three page styles, Dark Hero, Clean White or Minimal. Then write your headline, your subheadline and one benefit bullet per line, and add a presenter name and photo URL if you want one. There is a checkbox for whether to ask for a first name. Asking for email only is the shorter form, while collecting a first name lets your emails greet people by name.
Letting AI write the copy:
Click Write the copy with AI, give it your topic, and it drafts a headline, a subheadline and three to four benefit bullets straight into the fields. This needs an AI key connected in Settings.
What visitors see:
The page shows the next session time converted to the visitor's own timezone, or a note that the webinar starts the moment they save their seat for on demand webinars. The form carries a hidden honeypot field that quietly blocks bots, and the visitor's timezone is captured with the signup.
After they register:
They are sent to the thanks page, which shows their session time in their own timezone, offers an Add to calendar download, reminds them to check their inbox and spam folder, and gives them a direct button into the room. Their confirmation email carries the same private join link.
One seat per email per session:
Registering twice with the same address for the same session returns the original seat rather than creating a duplicate.
