The AiX Webinars menu in your WordPress sidebar opens on the Welcome screen.
The menu:
- Welcome. Your numbers at a glance: webinars built, upcoming sessions, people registered, signups this week and how many attended live, plus whether an AI key is connected. It lists your next sessions under Coming Up Next with their sign up counts, and a four step Start Here guide.
- Webinars. Every webinar as a card, with New Webinar, search and folders.
- Email. How your emails are sent, and your autoresponder connections.
- AI. Your AI providers and your slide image engines.
- Leads Log. Every registration across all your webinars.
- Settings. Live streaming defaults, your license and the colour scheme for these screens.
- Diagnostics. A one page health check.
- Training. The full training built into the plugin.
- Resources. Other ResultsAiX tools and free training.
- Hub. A prompt to install the free ResultsAiX Hub, or a link to it once it is installed.
- Support. Every way to get help in one place.
Inside a webinar:
Click a webinar to open its editor. Its name is at the top: click it to rename it. Renaming does not change the web address. Beside it you will find the mode badge, a Go Live button on a Live webinar or a Host Console button on the others, and a link to the registration page. The tabs run across the top:
- Content. Your script and slides, your video, or your live setup, plus the Host Chat Console.
- Registration. The page copy and look, the web address and the ways to put the form anywhere.
- Schedule. When the webinar airs, and the repeat registration rules.
- Emails. Every email the webinar sends, and the autoresponder lists for this webinar.
- Offer. Your timed offer.
- Chat History. Room chat on or off, and simulated chat lines.
- Engage. Live polls and handouts.
- Replay. Replay settings and your replay link.
- Analytics. The numbers and the CSV export.
The setup guide:
Above the tabs a guide tracks the four required steps: Content, Schedule, Registration page and Emails. The Offer step is optional. It names the next thing to do, lets you move Back and Next through the steps, and offers Skip for now on any step you are not ready for. A skipped step is shown as skipped rather than as finished.
Your registration link is shown with a Copy link button on every tab from the moment the webinar exists. While setup is unfinished the guide says which steps remain so you do not send anybody to a half built page. Once replays are on it also shows your replay link with a Preview as host button. If your confirmation email is switched off, the guide warns you, because nobody would then receive their join link.
When every required step is done the guide says Ready to share and lists what to do next: share the link, connect your autoresponder, register yourself as a test, watch a few minutes of your own room, and add an offer if you have not.
