The Registration tab has two separate choices: how much page you want, and what it looks like.
How much page:
- Simple. A headline, a few bullets and the form. The fastest page to fill in.
- Advanced. Everything: your logo, a video, a presenter block and testimonials.
- Custom. Your own HTML. Put {form} wherever the registration form should appear. If you leave {form} out, the form is added at the end, so a page can never end up without a way to sign up.
What it looks like:
Pick one of eight styles from the cards on the tab.
- Dark Hero. A dark hero on one side and a bright form on the other. The safe all rounder.
- Clean White. Light, friendly and quiet. Best for a warm list.
- Bold Conversion. A huge headline, fat ticks and one obvious button. Built for cold traffic and paid ads.
- Warm Editorial. A magazine feel with a serif headline. Suits coaches, authors and story led offers.
- Clean Corporate. Calm, boxed and businesslike. For B2B, agencies and software buyers.
- Modern Gradient. A colour wash hero and a glassy form card. Reads well to a younger, tech friendly crowd.
- Spacious Premium. Lots of air and no shouting. Made for high ticket offers and invite only trainings.
- Minimal. One narrow column and nothing else. Perfect when the link comes straight out of an email.
The first card, Match My Webinar, is the default. It picks the style that goes with your deck theme, so recolouring your slides recolours the sign up page too. A style you pick yourself always wins. The thanks page uses the same style as the registration page.
Extras on the Advanced page:
- Your logo, uploaded or chosen from the Media Library
- A video on the page: YouTube, Vimeo or a direct video link. A short teaser lifts registrations.
- Testimonials, one per line, written as Name | what they said
- A presenter title beside the presenter name and photo
Design overrides:
Set your own accent colour, a hero background colour or image, and one of six heading fonts: Outfit, Montserrat, Oswald, Anton, Playfair Display or Roboto Slab. A dark wash is added over a hero image so the headline stays readable. Leave any field blank and the style keeps its own look. The overrides apply to the registration page, the embedded form and the thank you page.
Footer links:
Add a privacy policy link, a terms link and a disclaimer line and they appear in a small footer on the registration page, the embedded form and the thank you page. A Custom page is your own document, so no footer is added to it.

Enter your own addresses, or tick what you need and press Build for me with AI. The AI drafts the privacy policy, the terms of service or the disclaimer, creates the pages as real WordPress pages on your site, and fills the links in for you. A page that already exists is never overwritten, only linked. These drafts are a starting point, not legal advice, so read them once before you send traffic. This needs an AI key.
