Requirements:
- WordPress 5.8 or newer
- PHP 7.4 or newer
- A desktop Chrome, Edge or Brave browser for building, narrating, recording and broadcasting
Installing:
- In WordPress go to Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin, and choose the plugin zip file.
- Click Install Now, then Activate.
- A new AiX Webinars menu appears in your admin sidebar and opens on the Welcome screen. It holds Welcome, Webinars, Email, AI, Leads Log, Settings, Diagnostics, Training, Resources, Hub and Support.
On activation the plugin sets itself up, registers the webinar page links, and schedules two background jobs that run every five minutes, one for the scheduler and one for the email queue.
Activating your license:
Until a key is accepted, every screen shows only the activation card. Paste the license key from your purchase receipt into the field and click Activate. The key is checked against the license server, and your site is registered as one of the installs on that license.
If the license server cannot be reached at that moment, the plugin activates locally so you are never locked out of your own work, shows a notice that the sync is still pending, and retries the sync automatically once a day. The Diagnostics tab shows both the license status and whether it has synced.
Managing your license:
Open Settings and scroll to the License card. It shows your key masked, its status, who it is licensed to, when it renews, and the sites where it is active. Refresh License Info re-reads those details from the license server. To change your key, paste the new one into the field on the same card.
Freeing a slot:
Click the cross beside another site in the list to free its slot. This is useful for a staging copy or a site you no longer control. It frees the slot for a new install and does not switch the plugin off on that site.
Moving to a different site:
On the License card click Deactivate This Site. That releases this install so you can activate the key on another site.
Updates:
The plugin checks for its own updates and offers them on the normal WordPress Plugins and Updates screens, so you update it the same way you update anything else. Diagnostics also has a Check for updates now button, which clears the update cache and asks the server again straight away.
Removing the plugin:
Uninstalling is deliberately data safe. It clears the scheduled jobs and a cached update note only. Your webinars, registrants, attendance history, settings, saved keys and license are left in place, so reinstalling picks up exactly where you left off.
