The hosted page is one way in. The Put this registration anywhere panel at the bottom of the Registration tab gives you three more, and there is a fourth for your email links. Each one uses the same registration engine as your hosted page: the visitor sees the session time in their own timezone, gets the same confirmation email, and the same autoresponder connections and tracking apply.
A page on this site, the shortcode:
Paste [rwb_register webinar="your-slug"] on any page of this site and the form appears there, with the localised session time and the session picker. Add height="600" if the frame needs to be taller. The default is 560. If you leave the webinar out, the most recent published webinar is used.
Any other site, the embed snippet:
Copy the snippet on the tab and paste it where the form should appear on any other site or page builder. It carries the tracking tags from the address of the surrounding page, such as an affiliate id or utm campaign, through to the form, so attribution survives embedding. When someone registers, the thank you page takes over the whole browser window, not just the frame.
From code or an automation tool, the API:
A purchase, an opt in or a membership action anywhere can register someone automatically.
Where to find your API key:
In WordPress go to AiX Webinars, Webinars, open the webinar, then the Registration tab. Scroll to the Put this registration anywhere panel. Under Your API key, press Reveal or Copy. The key is created for you automatically and is the same for every webinar on your site. The same panel shows the exact API address to send to and the webinar's ID, which never changes even if you change the web address.
Send a POST request to that address with these fields:
- key, your private API key. You can send it in an X-RWB-Key header instead.
- webinar, the slug or the ID of the webinar
- email, which is required
- first_name, tz (the person's timezone) and source (a label that shows in exports, api by default), all optional
- tracking fields such as aff or utm_campaign, either as ordinary fields or inside an attr map, all optional
- lead_hours, optional: book them into a session at least this many hours ahead. The panel also has a default for this.
- resend_confirmation=1, optional: send their confirmation email again on purpose
An example with curl, replacing the address, key and webinar ID with the ones on your Registration tab: curl -X POST https://yoursite.com/wp-json/results-ai-webinars/v1/api-register -H "X-RWB-Key: YOUR_KEY" -d webinar=WEBINAR_ID -d email=jane@example.com -d first_name=Jane -d utm_source=checkout
The reply contains the person's personal join link and thanks page link, as join_url and thanks_url, and the session start as starts_at. The confirmation email goes out exactly as if they had used the form, and the person is added to your autoresponders. Your API key is hidden on screen with Reveal and Copy buttons. Keep it private, because anyone holding it can add registrations. If the person already has a booking under the One registration at a time rule, the reply says already_registered and returns their existing links.
Pre-filled links:
Add email and first_name to any registration link from your email tool and the form arrives filled in, so a known subscriber only presses the button. The name can also be sent as fname or name. It is deliberately one press rather than zero, because mail security scanners open every link and would otherwise register a phantom for every scanned email.
