How many attendees can it handle?
There is no attendee cap coded into the plugin. The chat is designed around a target of 500 attendees on ordinary hosting, using a static file that attendees read directly instead of hitting PHP, and browser broadcasting through Cloudflare Stream is built around the same 500 viewer target. Real capacity depends on your host and your video hosting, so test at the scale you expect before a big promotion.
Do attendees need to install anything?
No. They open their private link in any modern browser on any device, click Enter Webinar, and watch. There is no account to create and no app to download.
Do I need an AI key?
No. AI writes scripts, chat lines and registration copy if you connect a key, and nothing else depends on it. Write your own and every feature still works.
Do I need a streaming account?
Only for broadcasting live from your browser, which uses your own Cloudflare Stream account. AI Deck and Recorded webinars need no streaming account at all, and embedding an external stream needs nothing extra either.
Where is my video hosted?
Wherever you choose. AI Deck webinars have no video file at all. Recorded webinars can point at a direct file, an HLS playlist, an unlisted YouTube or Vimeo link, or a file in your own Media Library.
Who owns the data?
You do. Registrants, attendance, chat and the email queue live in tables in your own WordPress database, and you can export any webinar's registrants to CSV whenever you like.
Can I run more than one webinar?
Yes. Each webinar has its own pages, schedule, emails, offer, chat and analytics, and you can duplicate an existing one to start a variation.
What happens if I uninstall?
Uninstalling only clears the scheduled jobs and a cached transient. Your webinars, registrants, attendance history, settings, encrypted keys and license are deliberately left in place.
Is any of this branded to the plugin?
The emails your audience receives are plain and carry your from name and address, not plugin branding. The registration, room and replay pages carry your copy and your presenter details.
