🎯 Timed Offers And Click Tracking

The Offer tab controls the pitch inside the room.

What you set:

  • A checkbox to show a timed offer during the webinar
  • Reveal at, in minutes into the session, which defaults to twenty minutes
  • A countdown in minutes, where zero means no countdown, defaulting to fifteen
  • An offer headline and a line of subtext
  • Button text, which defaults to Get Instant Access
  • The button URL, meaning your checkout page or sales page

How it behaves:

The offer box stays hidden until the session reaches the reveal time, then appears over the stage. If you set a countdown, it counts down from the moment that attendee sees the offer and shows a closing message when it runs out. The button opens in a new tab so the webinar keeps playing behind it.

Revealing it early during a live broadcast:

While you are broadcasting from the Go Live console there is a Show offer now button. It forces the offer to appear for everyone currently in the room, no matter what the reveal time says.

Click tracking:

Every click is recorded against that attendee's attendance row. That single fact drives three things: the offer clicks and click rate tiles on Analytics, the clicked offer column in the CSV export, and the clicked offer behaviour group that decides which follow up emails they receive and which webhook event fires.

On the replay:

The Replay tab has a Keep showing the offer on the replay checkbox. With it on, people who watch later can still buy. With it off, the offer is live session only, which is what you want for a genuine launch deadline.

What happens without a button URL:

An offer with no button URL never appears, and the {offer_url} merge tag in your emails falls back to the replay link. If you enable an offer, set the URL.
