All of your tracking data belongs to you and can be taken out of the plugin at any time. There are three export points, each aimed at a different job.
Whole Site Exports:
Go to the Settings tab and open the 📥 Export Data card. Two buttons:
- 📊 Export All Links. Every link with its stats, including clicks, unique clicks, leads, sales and revenue.
- 🖱️ Export All Clicks. Every individual click with IP address, country, referer, user agent, conversion status and timestamp.
Both produce CSV files that open in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers or any spreadsheet application.
Filtered Conversion Exports:
The 💰 Conversions tab has its own 📊 Export CSV and 📄 Export PDF buttons. Both carry the filter state currently applied on screen, so if you have filtered to Sales Only for last month over a single link, that is exactly what you get. The CSV includes every column plus the raw meta data, with no row limit. The PDF opens a printable report in a new tab, which you save through the browser's print dialogue.
Per Link Reports:
The per link Stats page has a 📄 Save as PDF button that produces a printable report for that link over the currently selected date range. This is the one to send to a client or a JV partner, because it covers one link cleanly without exposing the rest of your account.
Sub-IDs Are Included:
Sub-ID values are carried in the exports, which is what makes spreadsheet analysis worthwhile. If you have used the concatenation pattern on paid traffic, split the Sub-ID column on the underscore and you can pivot by keyword, ad group, match type or device.
A Note On Privacy:
The conversion PDF export supports masking customer email addresses, which is worth using whenever you are sharing a report with someone who does not need buyer contact details.
Before You Clear Old Data:
Settings has a Danger Zone that can delete old non conversion clicks to reclaim database space. Run the click export first if you might want that raw history later, because the deletion is permanent.
