The 💰 Conversions tab is the ledger. Every lead and every sale WCT has recorded appears here in one filterable list, independent of which link produced it.
The Summary Tiles:
Across the top you get Total Conversions, Leads, Sales, and two separate revenue figures. Customer Spend is what buyers actually paid, and Your Net Take is what you keep after the platform's split. Average Sale is shown alongside them. Keeping the two revenue numbers apart matters on marketplace sales, where gross and net are rarely the same number, and it makes the tiles agree with the per row figures in the table underneath.
Searching:
The search box matches email, product, sale ID and IP address, so you can find a specific customer's purchase without knowing which link they came through.
Filters:
- Type: All, Leads Only, or Sales Only.
- Link: All Links, or one specific tracking link.
- Date Range: All Time, Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Year, or Custom Range with From and To pickers.
- Country: type an ISO country code such as US, GB or CA.
- Min $ Revenue: hide everything below a value, which is useful for separating front end sales from upsells.
Click Apply Filters to run them, and Reset to clear everything back to the default view.
Choosing Columns:
The ⚙️ Columns control lets you show or hide columns so the table fits what you are actually working on. A Sub ID column is available, which is how you tie a conversion back to the traffic source that produced it.
Re-attribution Badges:
If Smart IPN Re-attribution has moved a sale from one link to another, the row carries a purple re-attribution badge. Hover it for the full audit tooltip showing where the credit came from and where it went.
Exporting:
Two buttons sit above the table, and both carry your current filter state, so what you see on screen is exactly what gets exported.
- 📊 Export CSV produces the full data set with every column and the raw meta, with no row limit.
- 📄 Export PDF opens a printable report in a new tab, which you save through the browser print dialogue.
A Practical Workflow:
Filter to Sales Only for the last 30 days, sort by revenue, and you have your top buyers. Add a Min $ Revenue filter to isolate high ticket purchases. Switch to Leads Only over the same window to check whether opt in volume is keeping pace with sales, then export the CSV if you want to work the numbers in a spreadsheet.
