The ⚙️ Settings tab holds the site wide configuration. Everything on this page applies across all links unless a specific link overrides it.
Admin Colour Scheme:
Nine built in schemes are available, and the change applies to the whole plugin admin the moment you save.

- Ivory Cream
- Snow Light
- WordPress Native
- Developer Dark
- Midnight Blue
- Ocean Blue
- Sunset Warm
- Rosé Pink
Pick whichever keeps you comfortable during long reporting sessions. Developer Dark and Midnight Blue are the two dark options.
Timezone:
Choose WordPress Setting to inherit the site's timezone, choose UTC, or pick any specific timezone from the list. This controls how dates and times are displayed in every report, so if your Dashboard days look shifted, this is the setting to check first.
Attribution Model:
The site wide default, either Last Click or First Click. It applies to both Leads and Sales, and any individual link can override it from its own Create or Edit form.
404 Redirect:
Send visitors who hit a dead URL somewhere useful instead of a default 404 page. The dropdown offers Disabled, Homepage, any existing WordPress page, or a Custom URL you type in. Pointing it at your public feed page is a neat way to salvage traffic from mistyped or retired links.
Slug Prefix:
The field that lets WCT coexist with other URL shortener plugins. It has its own article, and the short version is that recommended values are track, link, r or l, while go and recommends belong to other plugins and should be avoided.

Sales And Commission:
The 💰 Sales & Commission card holds My W+ Vendor Usernames, a comma separated list of your WarriorPlus vendor usernames. It is only used as a fallback when the IPN receipt type field is missing, because WCT normally detects vendor versus affiliate sales from the IPN itself. Most people never need to fill it in.
The Tools Card:
At the top of the page, 🛠 Tools gives you 🪄 Re-run Setup Wizard and 🍪 Reset Attribution Cookies. The wizard is non destructive and pre fills with your current values, so re-running it is always safe.
Saving:
General Settings and Public Feed settings share a single form, so either save button commits both sections. That is deliberate, and it means you cannot accidentally wipe one section by saving the other.
