Every form can be placed three ways. All three are shown in the form editor after you save.
- WordPress shortcode:
[raim_form id=123] works in any post, page or widget on the same site, and inside most page builders' shortcode elements.
- Gutenberg block:
Search for the ResultsAiX Mailer Form block in the editor and pick your form.
- The HTML embed (works ANYWHERE):
The editor shows a two-line HTML snippet: a div plus a script tag. Paste it into an HTML block or widget in Elementor, Divi, Breakdance, or any other page builder. It also works on plain HTML pages and even on a completely different website. The form renders right there, matches the design you built, and every signup lands straight back in this install, with your success message or redirect honored.
Notes on the HTML embed:
- The form must be Active, or the embed shows nothing
- Signups collect every field on the form, custom fields included
- Tags, list placement, double opt-in rules and sequence enrollment all work exactly as configured
- Design changes you save are picked up by embeds automatically
Floating bars and slide-ins need no placement at all: they show themselves site-wide on this site while Active, and visitors who dismiss one are left alone for 7 days.
