Is my subscriber data sent anywhere?
No. Subscribers, lists, broadcasts and stats are stored in your own WordPress database on your own hosting. The plugin contacts the license server once a day to check your key, and contacts your chosen AI provider only when you use an AI feature, using your own API key.
How many sites can I use it on?
The standard license activates on up to three of your own websites. The License screen shows how many slots are used. Deactivating a site frees its slot immediately.
Do I need the add ons?
No. Results AI Mailer is a complete email marketing platform on its own. WP Conversion Tracker adds pre computed buyer segments and Launch Manager adds purchase history, but neither is required.
How many emails can I send?
The plugin does not impose a limit. Your real limit comes from your sending provider and their plan.
Will importing a big list break my site?
No. Imports are written to disk and processed in small background batches that survive timeouts. Enable Safe Mode first if you want a guarantee that nothing is sent during the move.
What happens if my license expires?
The plugin keeps working, but sending broadcasts, running an SMTP test and using AI features stop until it is renewed. Your data is never touched or held hostage.
Does it work with WordPress multisite?
Yes, on individual sites within a network.
Can I use my existing SMTP plugin?
Yes. Choose the WordPress wp_mail option and it uses whatever mail configuration your site already has.
Where do I get my key or download again?
From the customer portal at resultswithkevin.com/portal/, which holds your keys, downloads and invoices.
