WP Sync is the family's data pipeline. It connects 150+ apps and services (autoresponders, form tools, webinar platforms, payment systems and more) and moves contacts between them automatically.
What it adds to ResultsAiX Mailer:
- The Imports tab gains a Sync From Anywhere panel
- Create a connection in WP Sync with ResultsAiX Mailer as the destination
- New signups and contacts from the connected app flow into your Mailer lists automatically
- Run Backfill to pull the existing contacts across too, safely and idempotently (running it twice never duplicates anyone)
How to get more data into the Mailer:
Every service you connect through WP Sync becomes a subscriber source. People who signed up on a webinar platform, bought through a payment tool, or filled a form somewhere else all land in your Mailer database, ready for broadcasts, automations and segments. Synced contacts arrive silently, so they never accidentally trigger welcome emails or automations.
