Every email step in an automation has a toolbar above the editor.
Name this email. Give it a name like "Day 1 welcome" and that name shows on the flow so you can read your automation at a glance instead of guessing from subject lines.
📚 Use A Saved Email opens your library. It holds three things: emails you deliberately saved, emails you have actually SENT as broadcasts (shown with their real open rates so you can pick your winners), and email steps from any other automation. Search it, pick one, and its subject and body load straight into the step. That is also how you copy an email: load it, change it, save it under a new name.
💾 Save To Library stores the email under a name you choose. It is then available in every automation on the site.
✨ Edit With AI asks what you want doing and rewrites the email in place. Try "make it shorter and punchier", "add a P.S. with urgency", "rewrite this for cold leads" or "make it friendlier". If you have trained your voice on the Train Your AI tab, the rewrite comes back sounding like you. Your original is one undo away in the editor.
