The Settings tab holds the defaults everything else falls back to.
Appearance:
Nine colour schemes are included alongside the standard WordPress look: Results Amber, Clean White, Ivory Cream, Snow Light, Developer Dark, Midnight Blue, Ocean Blue, Sunset Warm and Rose Pink. The choice affects the AI Mailer screens only and is purely cosmetic, so pick whichever is easiest on your eyes.
Default sender:
The fallback from name, from address, reply to address and postal address, used when nothing more specific applies. For most setups it is better to manage these through sender profiles, which are also on this tab.
Operations:
Two settings control the sending pace:
- Queue batch size, how many emails are sent per background run
- Queue interval, how often that run happens
A larger batch sends faster but uses more server resource in each burst. If your host is strict about resource use, or your provider enforces a rate limit, lower the batch size. The default is a safe middle ground.
Behaviour:
Switches for the defaults applied to new lists and sends, including whether double opt in is on by default, whether send time optimisation is used, whether bounced addresses are suppressed automatically, and GDPR mode.
Admin notifications:
The address that receives plugin notifications. It defaults to your site administrator.
Tracking domain:
Optional. If you want tracking links to use a custom domain rather than your main site address, set it here. Leave it blank to use your site address, which is correct for almost everyone.
