Out of the box the AI writes in a good neutral style. Train it and it writes like YOU.
Go to Train Your AI. Paste in emails you have already written, separating each one with a line of three dashes. To include a subject line, start that email with "Subject: your subject here". You can also upload them as .txt, .eml, .html or .md files, one email per file. Up to 150 emails.
Do not paste just any emails. Look up your best performing ones, the highest open and click rates, or the ones that made the most sales. The AI copies whatever you feed it, so feed it your winners. Mix in different types, a promo, a story, a launch, a plain update, so it learns your range instead of one template.
Press Learn My Voice. It reads them once and writes a style guide covering your greeting, your sign off, your tone, your sentence rhythm, your formatting habits, the phrases you really reuse, how you word an offer, and the things you never do.
That style guide is then used by everything: broadcasts, Write With AI, rewrites, subject lines, the AI Helper, and any series it builds for you. Your raw emails are only read during that one analysis, so having 100 saved emails costs no more per email than having one.
The profile is plain text and you can edit it by hand. Want a rule like "never use the word unlock" or "always sign off as Kevin"? Type it in and it is followed exactly. Untick the box at the top to switch your voice off without deleting anything.
