Forms collect email addresses, and they are built on the Forms tab with a live preview beside the editor that shows your form inside a mock web page, exactly as each type will look. Popup campaigns are now handled by ResultsAiX Engage, the dedicated popup builder; the Forms page shows how the two work together, and any popups you built here earlier keep running untouched.
Designing a form:
You control the heading, sub heading, button text, colours, corner radius, padding, width and layout, either stacked or inline. The preview updates as you type, so there is no save and refresh cycle.
Fields:
Email is required. Name fields are optional, and you decide whether each field is shown and whether it is required. You can add custom fields, and switch on a GDPR consent checkbox with your own wording.
What happens on submit:
For each form you choose:
- Which lists the person joins
- Which tags to apply
- Which sequence to enrol them into, if any
- Whether to show a message or redirect to a URL
- Whether to force double opt in on, force it off, or follow the list setting
You can create a new list from inside the form editor without leaving the screen.
Popup triggers:
Popups add five ways to appear:
- Time, after a set number of seconds on the page
- Exit, when the cursor leaves the top of the window
- Scroll, after a percentage of the page has been scrolled
- Click, when a visitor clicks an element you mark
- Manual, triggered by your own JavaScript call
Placing them on your site:
Use the shortcode, the block in the WordPress editor, or let a popup display site wide. Impressions and conversions are counted for each one, with impressions rate limited per visitor so a page refresh does not inflate your numbers.
Custom fields on forms:
The Fields table has an Add A Custom Field button. Name the field once and it renders on the form, saves onto the subscriber, and instantly works as a merge code and audience filter.
Embedding on any website:

The live preview is rendered by the exact same code visitors see, with desktop and mobile views, so what you preview is exactly what ships.
