The Subscribers tab is the master view of everyone you hold. It is built to stay fast with tens of thousands of records.
Searching and filtering:
The search box matches on email address, first name and last name. Alongside it you can filter by:
- Status, such as active, pending, unsubscribed or bounced
- Tag
- Country
- Source, meaning how the person arrived
- Engagement score range
- Whether they have bought anything
Filters combine, so you can look at active buyers in the United States with high engagement in one view. Your filters are carried through pagination, so moving to page two keeps your view.
Choosing your columns:
Click the Columns button to switch individual columns on and off. There are seventeen to choose from, including engagement, opens and clicks, tags, country, IP, total spent, purchases, last purchase and first contact. Your choice is saved to your user account, so the screen looks the way you left it next time.
The subscriber profile:
Click anyone's name, or the eye icon, to slide open their full profile. It shows their identity details, lifetime engagement, tags, and a timeline of everything that has happened, including emails sent, opens, clicks and purchases.
The purchase side of the profile is populated by the Launch Manager add on. Without it, the profile still shows all the email engagement data.
First contact versus created date:
The first contact column shows the earliest date known for that person from any source, not simply the date they were imported. Someone imported last week whose first purchase was in 2010 correctly shows 2010.
